An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. *Amenities provided (in addition to appliances): shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, electric kettle, and super-single beds. *Thorough security management. *Conveniently located near the main road; a convenience store is right out front, and the Lake Park Starbucks is just a 5-minute walk away.

It was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. The internet connection was excellent, so it was great for getting some extra work done at the accommodation. I recommend it for medium- to long-term business trips.
