Welcome to 'Now Stay, Singil,' a newly completed accommodation. We have furnished the space with brand-new furniture, appliances, and bedding to ensure a comfortable stay. This loft-style unit accommodates up to four guests and features a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized floor topper in the loft, hotel-quality bedding, a TV, Wi-Fi, a ceiling-mounted air conditioner, a washing machine, and a dryer. It is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Sinpung Station and a 5-minute walk from the airport bus stop, making it easy to travel to Hongdae and Gocheok Sky Dome. ※ Please exercise caution when using the loft stairs, as they are steep; this is especially important for children and individuals with limited mobility.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sinpung Station Exit 4. You can catch a bus to Yeouido right in front of the house.

There is a supermarket, a convenience store, and a café within a two-minute walk.
Electricity, gas, and water charges are included in the management fee. If usage exceeds 50,000 KRW per week, the excess amount will be billed separately.
The accommodation was brand new, spotless, and very comfortable. We had a pleasant, hassle-free stay for 10 days. It was conveniently located near a bus stop, offering direct bus access to major areas like Myeongdong and Yeouido. The airport bus stop is also nearby, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, making it suitable for long-term stays as well. We were truly satisfied with our stay. Thank you! 😊
