Personal Hygiene: Towels and disposable items are not provided, so please bring your own. 2. Waste Disposal: Recycling and waste disposal must be done directly at the designated area on the 1st floor of the apartment. (Recycling is available daily without a designated day.) 3. No Smoking Indoors: The entire complex is a non-smoking zone. 4. No Pets Allowed: To maintain a pleasant environment, pets are not allowed. 5. Consideration for Neighbors: Please observe apartment communal living etiquette (refraining from noise at night). 6. Parking Information: Parking is available for a fee. If you require parking, detailed information will be provided upon move-in.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, always quick to assist us with any questions or needs throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.
