This is a fully furnished home where I currently reside, featuring three bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen, and a bathroom. Since I plan to return and live here after spending a year in the U.S., the lease term is negotiable, though the rent may vary depending on the number of occupants and the duration of the stay. (Two single mattresses are provided.) You are welcome to bring any additional items you need.
It is located near Kkaebi Market, close to Exit 6 of Deungchon Station (Line 9). With excellent transportation links—including numerous subway and bus routes—and a wide range of traditional markets and shops nearby, it is a very convenient place to live!
As this is a home I actually live in, please feel free to relax and make yourself at home; however, I ask that you treat the space and belongings with care and responsibility—just as if they were your own. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean, making it a great place to live. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
Gas costs for boiler usage during the winter will be billed separately upon confirmation of move-in.
