This building offers great views and is located right on Gangneung Wolhwa Street. Stepping outside puts you right at Wolhwa Street and Jungang Market, with convenience stores nearby and a large supermarket just a short distance away. It is situated near popular local hotspots such as CGV, Lotte Cinema, Wolhwagyo Bridge, and the Gangneung Night Market. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the beach, mountains, and other destinations within a 10-minute drive.
As the property is located in a residential area, please be mindful not to disturb neighbors after 10:00 PM. Please note that electricity to the rooftop is cut off after 10:30 PM. Excessive noise resulting in complaints or police intervention will lead to the automatic termination of the rental agreement; please be aware that in such cases, the rent and security deposit may be forfeited as a penalty and not refunded. Grilling meat or fish indoors is prohibited; please use the rooftop area for this purpose. Please ensure safety when using the provided furniture, appliances, and gas stove; the landlord assumes no liability for accidents or issues arising from the use of these items.
A night market opens nearby on Friday and Saturday evenings, and there is a fountain show at Wolhwagyo Bridge. There is also a convenience store right next door.

It was so clean that the price felt completely worth it, and I could tell the owner paid attention to even the smallest details. I didn't experience a single inconvenience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Gangneung!

A truly satisfying review of our stay with a 3-year-old toddler! 💛 I felt like I made a great choice with this accommodation! (My friend who came along praised it highly, too! 😍) The accessibility was amazing—it's right next to Gangneung Wolhwa Street, the main thoroughfare for Gangneung Central Market! It’s only a one-minute walk to the market, making it so convenient to get around with a toddler. 👍 While most surrounding buildings are low-rise (1–2 stories), this place—located on the 3rd floor—offered a wonderfully open, unobstructed view. It was so satisfying that I truly understood why homes with great views come at a premium. 🤭 The living room has three large windows; two offer views of lush trees, the park, and Namdaecheon Stream—perfect for healing while gazing at nature—while the other looks out over the Central Market and Wolhwa Street, giving a warm, lively sense of the local community. It’s beautiful during the day, but the night view is absolutely stunning. ✨ Another huge plus is being able to buy food at the Central Market and enjoy it comfortably back at the accommodation. While others might sit on benches near the market to eat, we could enjoy our food in the cool, pleasant comfort of our room since it was right next door. 🍻 Also, every single restaurant recommended by the host was fantastic! Thanks to their recommendations, we saved time searching for places to eat and enjoyed plenty of delicious food. 😋 The interior was also truly satisfying. ✔️ Spacious living room and kitchen—convenient for life with a toddler ✔️ Very spacious bathroom ✔️ Two bedrooms, each with its own air conditioner ✔️ Projector available—enjoy a movie theater vibe at night 🎬 ✔️ Located in a mixed-use building, so less worry about noise disturbing neighbors; the toddler could walk around freely ✔️ Very close to Central Market and Wolhwa Street ✔️ Enjoy both nature views and market views simultaneously Since we were traveling with a 3-year-old, we spent more time at the accommodation than expected; the space was so roomy and pleasant that the toddler could play comfortably, and we could relax with ease.
