The popular restaurant 'Papa no Dining' is located on the first floor. There is a rest area right in front of the building. It is convenient, with various restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores located within a 50-meter radius.
Additional utility charges may be requested if included services are used excessively. Please use electricity and gas responsibly, and turn them off when not in use or when leaving the premises.
The room is excellent and very close to the main gate of Ewha Womans University, making it a great choice if you are coming for language classes. Although the room felt a bit small at first, it became very cozy after staying there for a while, and I really love having this place as my temporary home in Korea. The landlord is also very kind, so I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
