✍️ Special Terms & Conditions - Check-in and check-out are conducted via a contactless process. - Up to two guests may stay at no extra charge; however, bedding is provided for only one person. - Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (Please contact us regarding early check-in or late check-out.) - Access details, such as the entry code, will be sent via message before 9:00 AM on the day of check-in. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee will be charged for violations.) - As this is a studio-type unit, loud noise and parties are prohibited; the rental agreement may be terminated if complaints arise due to violations. - This is a short-term rental studio; guests must bring their own personal supplies (toiletries, hygiene products, cooking utensils, household items, etc.). - There is no separate check-out cleaning fee; however, guests are required to sort their trash and clean the unit to restore it to its original condition before leaving. *Violation of these special terms may result in the termination of the rental agreement without a refund of the usage fee or the return of the security deposit. Additionally, the tenant may be held liable for any damages or facility destruction resulting from such violations.
