✍️ Special Terms & Conditions - Check-in and check-out are conducted via a contactless process. - Up to two guests may stay at no extra charge; however, basic amenities are provided based on single occupancy. - Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (Please inquire about early check-in or late check-out.) - Access details, such as the entry code, will be sent via message before 9:00 AM on the day of check-in. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee will be charged for violations.) - As this is a studio-type unit, loud noise and parties are prohibited; the contract may be terminated if complaints arise due to violations. - This is a short-term rental studio; guests must bring their own personal items (toiletries, hygiene products, cooking utensils, household goods, etc.). - There is no separate check-out cleaning fee; however, guests are required to sort their trash and clean the unit to restore it to its original condition before leaving. *Violation of these terms may result in contract termination without the refund of the security deposit or usage fees. Additionally, the tenant may be held liable for any damages or facility destruction resulting from such violations.
