Refer to the separate notice for recycling guidelines.
🔹 Standard occupancy is 3 people, with a maximum capacity of 5. (Mattress toppers, floor bedding, duvets, and towels provided; extra person fee applies.) 🔹 Guests not declared in advance will be asked to leave. (CCTV at the entrance monitors all arrivals, including brief visitors.) 🔹 No indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes). 🚭 Small dogs allowed (fee applies). No cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., BBQ, grilled fish, spicy fish stew) as the odor lingers. 🔹 The house is located on the ground floor, accessible by descending three steps. 🔹 Please turn off the gas stove, lights, and air conditioner (and set the boiler to 'Away' mode) when leaving. For long-term stays, excessive utility charges caused by leaving the A/C on while out during summer may be billed separately. 🔹 Please refrain from eating or drinking on the bedding to prevent stains. 🔹 Please do not rearrange the furniture, beds, or bedding set up for your group size. (Damage fees may apply if furniture is moved.) 🔹 🚘 Parking Available 🚘 One dedicated parking space is available right next to the house. The room is on the first floor, down a flight of stairs, so it actually feels a bit like a semi-basement, but it is pleasant, and the house and bathroom are clean. Also, the huge advantage is that parking is available. There are many restaurants nearby, so the area gets quite noisy as the weekend approaches. It is in a convenient location for traveling to Gangnam or other places. The food at Poomasi right in front is delicious.
