Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop. Conveniently close to Subway Line 1, as well as the Gasan Digital Complex and Guro Digital Complex. Nearby amenities include the Seoseoul Art Center, government offices, and various local conveniences. Please contact us if you are visiting Seoul for business or training, planning a month-long stay, or need temporary accommodation during a move. We inspect the unit before and after each stay to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. We kindly ask for your considerate use of the space and will do our best to provide a comfortable stay.
It is a 3-minute walk to the Malmigogae bus stop. You can transfer to subway lines 1, 2, and 7. Buses bound for Seoul and Anyang, as well as airport buses, are available.
We will send you a message with usage instructions once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Charges will be settled upon check-out based on gas, water, and electricity meter readings.
The room was spacious and clean, which was great. There was a minor issue, but the caretaker and the landlord responded quickly, so I had no trouble during my stay.
