It gets plenty of sunlight; although situated in a busy area, the double-glazed windows ensure a quiet environment. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort. Large room: 2 Super Single beds. Small room: 1 Queen bed. Freshly laundered bedding is provided; please use it with care. Due to regulations on disposable items, toiletries/amenities are not provided. There is no remote control for the air conditioner in the large room. Towels are not provided. As a restaurant operates on the ground floor, there may be some foot traffic near the refrigerator located by the entrance. Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Reservations are available at 130,000 KRW for weekdays and 150,000 KRW for weekends, subject to availability.

Turn off A/C and lights when leaving (Energy saving) Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights whenever you leave the room. We hope you will join us in these small efforts to protect the planet and save energy. 2. Waste disposal and recycling (Avoiding fines) Food waste, general trash, and recyclables (cans, PET bottles, paper, etc.) must be sorted and disposed of in the designated areas. Fines may be imposed by local regulations for improper sorting, and additional cleaning fees may be charged if waste is not sorted correctly upon checkout. 3. Strictly no indoor smoking (Special cleaning fees charged if violated) Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors (including the bathroom and balcony). Please use the designated outdoor smoking area out of consideration for the next guests. 4. Keep noise down late at night (Consideration for neighbors) Please refrain from loud talking or watching TV at high volume after midnight out of consideration for local residents and guests in the unit below. 5. Unauthorized additional guests; if discovered, you will be required to check out immediately and charged a penalty fee of 300,000 KRW to cover special cleaning and sanitization costs. Please strictly adhere to this rule.
