This is a fully furnished, newly remodeled accommodation equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. It features two queen-size beds. (Suitable for up to 4 guests) The layout consists of a large bedroom, an open-style smaller room, and a separate kitchen. Bedding and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) are not provided. Bedding is available for rent separately; please inquire in advance if you wish to use this service.
It is a "triple station area" located within a 5-minute walk of Sindang Station (Lines 2 & 6) and Cheonggu Station (Line 5).
Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
It is a convenient place to live, with a central market, supermarkets, hospitals, great restaurants, and cafes nearby. There is a small park for walking close by.
All utilities are included in the maintenance fee.
Had a great stay, and the landlord was very friendly. The amenities are brand new, too.
