* This is a fully furnished unit with a view of the Canalway, located right in front of Cheongna Lake Park and near the upcoming Subway Line 7 station (scheduled to open in 2027). * It features a queen-sized bed (with a premium mattress), a sofa, a dining table, and a compact desk. * Amenities such as the lake park, library, restaurants, movie theater, cafes, convenience stores, and a self-service laundromat are all within a 5-minute walk, making it highly convenient.

Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Please let us know the number of occupants and the purpose of your stay. Ex) 2 people / Business trip, interior renovation, etc. Extensions are available on a daily basis; please contact us via chat. Rates may vary depending on the season (peak vs. off-peak). No pets ❌ No indoor smoking ❌ (Strict measures, including charges for special cleaning, will be taken if violations occur.) As this is a short-term rental, bedding is not provided. Please return the unit to its original condition upon check-out. The move-out cleaning fee included in the initial cost covers standard cleaning; additional fees may apply if there is excessive soiling or a lack of basic tidying.
Located in the heart of Cheongna, it offers a perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation, with the beautiful Cheongna Lake Park nearby for leisurely walks. Restaurants, cafes, churches, movie theaters, supermarkets, walking trails, and libraries are all within a 5–10 minute distance.
The management fee covers electricity, water, gas, internet, and the use of appliances and furniture. You can use these services without separate billing. (If usage exceeds the monthly management fee of 280,000 KRW, the excess amount will be billed separately.)

It is close to the lake park, offering fresh air and an ideal setting for walks. Parking is convenient, and there is a convenience store on the ground floor, making it easy to pick up essentials; however, access to other public transport and surrounding amenities is somewhat inconvenient—the bus stop is a 7-minute walk away, and the subway requires a bus ride of over ten minutes. The accommodation itself is clean and well-equipped.
