This is a fully furnished room with a Canal Way view in front of Cheongna Lake Park on Line 7 (opening in 2027). * The room features a double queen-size bed (top-quality mattress), a sofa, a dining table, and a small desk. * The lake park, library, restaurants, movie theaters, cafes, convenience stores, and self-service laundromats are all within a 5-minute walk, making them convenient to access.

We will send you a usage guide message once the contract is confirmed. Please indicate the number of occupants and purpose of use. e.g.) 2 people / Business trips, interior renovations, etc. Daily extensions are available. Please inquire via chat. Rates are subject to change depending on peak and off-peak seasons. No pets ❌ No indoor smoking ❌ (Strict measures will be taken and special cleaning fees will be charged upon detection) As this is a short-term rental property, bedding is not provided. We request simple restoration to the original condition upon vacating. The move-out cleaning fee included upon move-in is based on a standard tidy condition; additional cleaning fees may apply for major stains or incomplete tidying.

The management fee includes electricity, water, gas, internet charges, and appliance and furniture usage fees. Please use the services without separate settlement. (If monthly usage exceeds 280,000 KRW, any excess amount will be settled separately.)
