※ The host (Male/Self) is currently staying in another room. This is a private room-sharing space in a row villa in Eunpyeong-gu where the bustle of the city and nature coexist. It is Room 101, and since it is actually on the second floor, it offers a pleasant atmosphere with excellent ventilation and airflow. You will have exclusive use of the single room shown in the photos within this 'minimalist' fully furnished space that I and my freelance acquaintances often utilize. The living room, bathroom, and balcony are shared areas. You must bring your own disposable items (toilet paper, toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). English conversation possible. Japanese can be spoken. Please come and rest comfortably if you are on a business trip to Seoul, attending short-term training, are a freelancer, or a traveler.
Transportation is quite convenient. 1) 13-minute walk from Gusan Station (Line 6) Exit (bustling street) - There are absolutely no uphill sections along the route. While some residential areas in Eunpyeong-gu have many hills, my property is entirely flat. 2) Bus stop 30 seconds walk from the front gate (Seonjeong Middle & High School stop) 707, 702a, 702b 3) Seonjin Transport bus terminal 4-minute walk from the front gate
- Since my freelance roommate and I are not always in Seoul, move-ins are often conducted remotely. - I will provide the door lock password upon move-in confirmation. - As there are neighbors residing on the 2nd floor and semi-basement relative to my space in this row villa, I kindly ask that you observe the manners and etiquette that all Koreans are expected to observe. - Trash disposal is the same as in Eunpyeong-gu. Please purchase volume-based trash bags and food waste bags, collect your trash, and place them on the main road for the district office to collect. - You may freely use all items within my space on the condition that you return them to their original, clean condition. (Excluding groceries) - I am offering one private room within the shared space used by me and other freelancers. - An 18-pyeong (approx. 60 sq ft) floor-standing air conditioner (with air purification and Dr. Virus functions) is installed between the two rooms, so leaving the door open allows the entire space to be adequately heated. - (Summer) Additional fan provided in the room (Winter) Heater provided [Important Notice] ⁃ Non-smokers welcome. If smoking is detected indoors, you will be immediately asked to leave and the 330,000 KRW deposit will be deducted. Additionally, if cigarette butts are found or the smell of smoking lingers during checkout cleaning, the full 330,000 KRW deposit will be deducted. Please apply only if you agree to these terms. ⁃ No pets allowed indoors (330,000 KRW deposit deduction for violations)

All utilities are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be requested if you overuse the included items.
