Located just a 1-minute walk from the main gate of the University of Seoul, it offers very convenient access on foot. Cheongnyangni Station (Line 1 & Gyeongchun Line) is a 10-minute walk away, and direct routes to Gangnam and the city center are available from the roadside bus stop in front of the main gate via buses 121, 420, and 720 (trunk lines). Additionally, when using branch lines 2230, 2311, or 3216, you can get off directly at the stop in front of the University of Seoul, making transfers convenient.
Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a separate message with move-in and usage guidelines. Move-in is conducted remotely and is generally available after 3 PM, but advance consultation is possible. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Entry by two or more people or visits by outsiders are also not allowed. As this is a shared living space, please separate and dispose of trash, clean the common areas, and lock the door when checking out.
Located right next to the University of Seoul campus, the area is rich in walking paths and greenery, allowing for leisurely relaxation. Daily life is highly convenient, with Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, restaurants, pharmacies, and hospitals at Cheongnyangni Station within a 5–10 minute walk. The area is lined with gourmet streets (Hoegi-dong and Cheongnyangni Yatap-gil), cafes, and convenience stores, creating an environment that satisfies both students and office workers. Basic amenities provided: Instant noodles, rice, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, and fabric softener.
