- One of the three rooms is used as a storage room, so only two rooms are available. - It faces south, so it gets plenty of sunlight and is not too hot or cold. - Basic cooking utensils are provided. (Please prepare your own ingredients such as seasonings if needed) - All detergents are not provided except for toiletries. - No bath towels are provided. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. (If smoking is discovered, an additional cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged)
- Transportation is convenient, with Ssangyong Station and bus stops within a 3-minute walk.
- Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
- E-Mart, McDonald's, Starbucks, hospitals, pharmacies, and other amenities are within a 5-minute radius. - The number of occupants is limited to 3, so only one queen-size comforter and one super single-size comforter are provided. - An additional fee may be charged if more than 4 adults are staying.
- Gas is calculated daily based on usage, and additional charges may be requested upon check-out. - Electricity and water are included in the management fee, but additional charges may be requested if the usage is excessive.
