🌊 Located just a 5-minute walk from Hanseom and Gamchu Beaches, it is a great spot for seaside strolls. 🛒 With supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, it is also convenient for long-term stays. 🚗 Situated 6 minutes by car from Donghae Station and 10 minutes from Mukho Station, this studio is ideal for short-term stays—such as business trips, internships, or temporary housing during a move or home renovation.
○ Check-in can be arranged either in person or via a contactless method. ○ The door lock passcode will be sent to you on the day of check-in once your reservation is confirmed. ○ Check-in: After 3:00 PM / Check-out: By 11:00 AM ○ The bed provided is a Super Single (SS) size. ○ Free Wi-Fi is available. ○ An induction cooktop and basic cooking utensils (pots, frying pans, tableware, cutlery, etc.) are provided. ○ Towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc.), and personal hygiene items are not provided; please bring your own. ○ Indoor smoking and pets (including bringing them indoors) are prohibited. ○ You may be charged for repairs if facilities or furnishings are damaged or broken during your stay. ○ Additional utility fees based on actual usage may be charged if electricity or gas consumption exceeds normal household levels. ○ As this is a shared residential building, please refrain from making noise after 10:00 PM.

The location was great, there was a washing machine, and the room was decent and nice. However, whether it was the bed or the pillow, I suffered from a stiff neck all week long. The host was kind, though!
