This is a neat room with a recent interior renovation. The washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, microwave, clothes rack, and desk are all brand new. It is conveniently located near Red Road, just a 5-minute walk from Hongik University Station. There is plenty of space to hang and organize your clothes, and ample room next to the bed to place your suitcases. You can also enjoy a cozy, vintage atmosphere.
It takes about a 3-minute walk to Exit 7 of Hongik Univ. Station. The entire path from the station entrance to the house is completely flat.

Located in the heart of Hongdae, you can enjoy a diverse range of cultural experiences and lifestyles. Although it is situated on a bustling street, it is also within walking distance of the tree-lined Yeontral Park, allowing you to enjoy the park's peaceful atmosphere. The room's interior is designed with comfort in mind, making it the perfect space for both relaxing peacefully and focusing on your studies.
There are no additional costs, except for the cleaning fee (for one week).
It was a clean space that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the stylish interior, and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and unpack my luggage. It was convenient having plenty of towels, as well as a washing machine with a drying function and detergent provided. It was close to the Hongdae "Walking Street," making it great for both leisure and commuting. I stayed here for a business trip, and I plan to stay again if I visit Seoul in the future. + The host is incredibly kind! 👍
