I stayed here for two weeks for an internship, and the place was incredibly clean and nice! The heating system worked perfectly, keeping me warm and comfortable throughout my stay. Bedding (duvets and pillows) was provided, though I chose to use my own. There was a hair dryer in the room, but it was on the smaller side; if you think that might be inconvenient, I’d recommend bringing your own. Towels were provided, but there was no toilet paper, so it’s a good idea to bring some along, as well as basic toiletries. The neighborhood is well-kept and has a great vibe. There are two cafes right in front of the house—both with excellent coffee and interiors—making it a quiet, peaceful area where I could really relax away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place because the neighborhood is fantastic! It’s also within walking distance of local hotspots like Seonhwa-dong Street and Jungang-ro Station, making it very convenient for going out and having fun.

For starters, the washing machine smelled like mold, so I didn't use it at all. As for the bed, it was incredibly hard—whether the springs were shot or it was just old—and it caused me severe back pain. The location was decent, though.
I apologize for the inconvenience. The washing machine's drum was cleaned just three months ago, but since you noticed an odor, I will check it again. The mattress is not old either; it was newly purchased three months ago. I will look into these issues and make improvements.
It was very clean, and I liked having a café nearby.
