The tenant is responsible for managing and using the furnishings during the lease period, and the landlord does not provide services such as bedding replacement, towel supply, amenity provision, or room tidying and cleaning services.
Includes management fee items (electricity, water, gas). However, if usage significantly exceeds normal limits during the lease period, the actual additional costs incurred may be charged to the tenant. If, upon inspection of the property after the lease terminates, conditions such as contamination, odors, abandoned waste, traces of smoking, or pet-related soiling exceeding the scope of cleaning required for normal use are found, the actual costs for restoration and additional cleaning may be charged to the tenant. Management fees are charged by the landlord and are recorded based on the breakdown of management fees applicable to the lease period.
The location was great—close to both Emart and the subway. The only downside was that the mattress wasn't very comfortable; however, the owner was very responsive and kind. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
