Within walking distance: Megabox, traditional market, E-Mart, Daiso, restaurant alley, cafes, 24-hour mart (walkable/delivery available), 24-hour udon & jajangmyeon shop (great value), 24-hour eateries, Seorae Village, KFC, Lotteria, Famille Station, Shinsegae Department Store (Gangnam), Banpo Hangang Park, Sadang Homeplus, Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital, etc. Enjoy the prime location of Bangbae-dong during your stay! ^^ Please be considerate of neighbors to avoid complaints caused by loud voices or noise that could disturb those living nearby. ^^ This is a standalone house located in a quiet residential area. ㅡ There is a rooftop, but the stairs are steep, so please be careful when going up and down. Also, please ensure rooftop usage does not lead to noise complaints. The landlord is not liable for any accidents occurring on the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floors or between the 2nd floor and the rooftop. Please exercise extra caution! 👉 Please dispose of food waste, general waste, and recyclables properly. Additional fees apply for extra guests or bringing a dog (subject to discussion).

Amazing location right in front of Isu Station! The 3-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect for families or groups, with easy access to malls, restaurants, cafes, and transportation. Highly recommended for a stay in Seoul! ⭐️

It was great that the place wasn't tucked away in an alley but located right in front of the station; the apartment was spacious and quiet. The landlord was also kind. There were plenty of great restaurants on the ground floor, and I’m sad my four-week stay has already come to an end. I also enjoyed being able to walk to Megabox to catch a movie whenever I couldn't sleep at night. My wife has already asked me to book this place again for my next business trip to Seoul. Thank you.
