This is a private unit in a low-rise villa in Eunpyeong-gu, offering a blend of urban convenience and nature. Although designated as Unit 101, it is situated at the height of a second-floor unit, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere with excellent ventilation and airflow. This is a fully furnished, minimalist-style space actually used by me, my family, and my digital nomad (freelancer) friends; it is fully equipped for a comfortable week-long stay. Please note, however, that as this is not a hotel, certain disposable amenities (such as toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) may not be provided depending on the situation. Transportation is excellent. 1) A 13-minute walk from Gusan Station (Line 6) via a bustling street. - There are absolutely no uphill sections along the route. While some residential areas in Eunpyeong-gu are hilly, the path to my place is entirely flat. 2) A bus stop just a 30-second walk from the front gate (Seonjeong Middle & High School stop); served by buses 707, 702A, and 702B. 3) Seonjin Unsu bus terminus, a 4-minute walk from the front gate.
- As I am often away from Seoul for domestic or overseas reporting assignments, the check-in process is frequently contactless. - I will provide the door lock passcode once your stay is confirmed. - Since there are neighbors living on the second floor and in the semi-basement unit of this villa building, I ask that you observe standard etiquette and be considerate of others. - Waste disposal follows Eunpyeong-gu regulations: please purchase the designated standard trash bags and food waste bags, collect your waste, and place it by the main road for district office collection. - You are free to use all items in the space, provided you return them to their original condition. (Excluding food items) - The ideal occupancy is 2 people (equipped with 1 single bed, 2 sofa beds, and 1 floor topper). The layout allows for a maximum of 4 people; please contact me separately if your group size is 3–4. (Rent remains the same; maintenance fees are subject to increase.) - A large-capacity (18-pyeong/approx. 60m²) standing air conditioner with air purification and virus-removal functions is installed between the two rooms; keeping the doors open allows it to effectively regulate the temperature of the entire space. - Electric fans are also provided in each room. [Important Notices] - Non-smokers preferred. Please apply only if you agree to the following: smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction and a deduction of 330,000 KRW from the deposit; the full 330,000 KRW deposit will also be deducted if cigarette butts are found or the smell of smoke lingers during the post-checkout cleaning. - Pets are not allowed indoors (violation results in a 330,000 KRW deposit deduction).
[Amenities] GS25 Galhyeon Lucky branch is just a 20-second walk from the front gate (features spacious seating for dining). A wide range of amenities—including Daiso, Olive Young, and supermarkets—are located between the house and Gusan Station. [Starting Points for Eunpyeong-gu Trail Courses] 1) 5-minute walk to the entrance of Suguksa Temple | Bongsan (200m) 2) 2-minute walk to the entrance of Maebongsan Mountain | (230m) [Other Attractions] Polestar Bakery (a large café in Eunpyeong-gu) is a 40-second walk away. Eunpyeong-gu Gusan-dong Library Village (winner of the Seoul Architecture Award) is a 15-minute walk away.
