This is a spacious, fully renovated, private detached house (approx. 1,150 sq. ft. / 35 pyeong) for your exclusive use, featuring a yard suitable for barbecues, three bedrooms (with beds), and two bathrooms. It is fully equipped with amenities, including beds, a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooktop, and kitchenware. Please refer to the photos. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Local amenities—including Nonghyup Bank, Hanaro Mart, chain bakeries, cafes, and restaurants—are available within a five-minute walk.
*We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. *Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors. *As this is not a hotel or commercial lodging facility, towels, daily necessities, and toiletries are not provided; please note that there are no spare sets of bedding beyond what is already provided.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per week applies for any additional guests.
Any excess management fees will be charged upon check-out.

It was a wonderful, spotless place to stay. It was convenient having all the necessary amenities and tableware, and we had a great time grilling meat outdoors with our group. Above all, the host was easy to communicate with and very considerate, allowing us to rest comfortably throughout our long trip. It was fantastic that the separate annex also had its own bedding and bathroom. We visit Andong often for the kids' soccer matches, so I’d love to stay here again. I highly recommend this place for large groups.
