This is a 33㎡ (13-pyeong) two-room unit located in Seonhwa-dong, the heart of Daejeon. It is conveniently situated just a 1–2 minute walk from the Seonhwa-dong restaurant district and about 300–400 meters from the main Sungsimdang bakery branch; Jungang-ro Station and Jung-gu Office Station are also within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for sightseeing, business trips, or long-term stays. Featuring a separate bedroom and living room, the unit offers a comfortable space for couples, families, or friends.

An additional fee of 10,000 KRW applies per person beyond the standard occupancy. * Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the entrance passcode and usage instructions on the day of check-in. * Smoking and pets are not permitted indoors. * Please turn off the heating/cooling and lights, and lock the door upon check-out. * Please separate your trash into general waste, recyclables, and food waste.

The management fee covers common area maintenance costs as well as charges for electricity, water, gas, and internet. However, additional charges may apply if usage significantly exceeds normal levels, such as through excessive use of heating or cooling.
I really appreciated the spacious desk. I was visiting for a business trip, so I had two laptops, two extra monitors, and piles of documents set up, yet there was still plenty of room left over. Most other accommodations usually just have a single small round table... I’ll likely be back in Daejeon soon, and I’ll definitely stay here again!
