This is a neat and clean, fully furnished room that has recently been remodeled.
It is located a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Boramae Station, which offers transfers to Line 7 (Gangnam) and the Sillim Line (Yeouido). Transportation is very convenient, with numerous bus routes heading in various directions available at the bus stop right in front of the building.

The large Boramae Park is nearby, making it convenient for walking or exercising. Daily life is convenient thanks to nearby amenities such as Olive Young, Daiso, McDonald's, and large supermarkets. Being close to the subway station means there are plenty of hospitals, restaurants, and cafes, and the area is safe for women living alone.
