The facilities aren't fancy—reflecting the great value for money—but the hot water, toilet flush pressure, and air conditioning are top-notch. The AC is so powerful for the room size that I actually turn it off at night. It’s located in a commercial area, and Hongdae is within walking distance—a nice little workout. My son and I had a comfortable stay. The bathroom sink is quite large relative to the size of the bathroom itself; replacing it with a smaller model might make the space feel more open.
