Since there are no heavy-duty cooking appliances (like a rice cooker) or in-unit laundry, it is best suited for guests looking for a light, hotel-like stay. For laundry, use the 24-hour coin-operated laundromat in the building right next door!! The host stays here occasionally, so the space is personally maintained and cared for. Excellent value for the price in Seoul. *No underfloor heating. Portable A/C, electric heater, central heating, and electric blanket provided.

Please understand that the water-cooled AC in the living room generates some noise due to its cooling mechanism. Famous Yeouido restaurant 'Jinjin Mandu' is on the 1st floor. 'Gobong Samgyetang' (famous from Lee Young-ja's recommendations) is just a 1-minute walk away.
