Lotte Shopping and Daiso are located across the street, making it easy to purchase daily necessities, and Yeonseo Market is at the nearby intersection, offering great convenience. This facility was created by remodeling two studio units into a two-room layout. Unit 203 features a separate toilet and shower area—unlike the other unit—making it comfortable even for larger individuals, and it offers a view of Bukhansan Mountain. We have set the price as low as possible. Please note that the staircase to the second floor has about 12 steps, which can be difficult for the elderly to climb (a larger middle-aged woman previously posted a complaint about this); however, there is no other place offering these conditions at a rate of around 45,000 KRW per day. On the third floor, one unit is available for space rental (primarily on weekends), while the second floor consists of two units: 201 and 203.
