Located near Exit 4 of Yeonsinnae Station, this unit is on the second floor of a three-story building; with only two units on the floor, the environment is quiet. It is south-facing and features a spacious, pleasant interior. A high-end Japanese restaurant operates on the first floor. Amenities include air conditioning, a large refrigerator, a kitchen sink, an induction cooktop, bedding and mats, a sofa, a table, a double bed, internet access, cable TV, a wardrobe/clothing rack, a drying rack, and hangers. Bathroom facilities include a shower, heating, a hot water system, and a bidet. Essentials such as trash bags, toilet paper, and towels are provided, and bedding is washed and sterilized via high-temperature drying before move-in. Basic cooking utensils (for simple meals like ramen) are available; however, the shower area is small, so it may not be suitable for larger individuals. While it cannot be compared to luxury hotels or condos, we strive to provide maximum comfort and service at an affordable price.
Located just 50 meters from Exit 4 of Yeonsinnae Station, it offers excellent transportation accessibility thanks to its location at a triple-line interchange (Lines 3 and 6, and the GTX).
Once the contract is finalized, I will send the updated access code via text message; a manual with detailed instructions is provided on-site. The unit stays very warm thanks to two separate boilers (one for heating and one for hot water). Please note that indoor smoking is prohibited; the unit has primarily been occupied by young women. As I have only recently started offering short-term rentals, I am continuously making upgrades based on guest feedback. One potential downside is that the shower area is somewhat small, so I would not recommend it for middle-aged women with a larger build (though an average-sized man can shower there without issue). Unlike other rentals, this unit offers a spacious layout comparable to a two-room villa, and the ground floor houses an upscale Japanese home-style restaurant, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful environment.
Lotte Shopping and Daiso are located just across the street, making it easy to purchase daily necessities, and Yeonseo Market is at the nearby intersection, offering great convenience. This facility was created by remodeling two studio units into a two-room layout. Unit 203 has a compact bathroom where all facilities are combined; while the shower area is small, it is still usable for most men, and the price has been set as low as possible to reflect this. Please note that the staircase to the second floor has about 12 steps, which can be difficult for the elderly to climb (we have received complaints from a large-framed middle-aged woman regarding this); however, it is difficult to find a place with these amenities for around 40,000 won per day. The third floor consists of a single unit primarily used for weekend space rentals, while the second floor has only two units (201 and 203), ensuring a very quiet environment without disturbances. We have provided 100% accurate information so that guests can make a decision based solely on the photos and description.

The stairs were steep, and the washroom was so cramped it was practically unusable. Aside from being reasonably clean, it was a very uncomfortable week.
There are 12 steps, so it might be a bit difficult for someone with arthritis. Unlike places where units are packed tightly together—which can be a problem—this place is very quiet and free from that kind of intrusion. It’s affordable, too; I wonder if you could even find a hotel-like place like this.
The room is very spacious. It is close to the subway station and bus stops, and having a convenience store and laundromat right in front made it very convenient. The landlord was very kind, so I had no issues during my stay.
