The lights on the stairs and in the entryway weren't working, making it very dark—it would be great if that could be fixed. Also, even though it’s not a semi-basement unit, there was a bit of a semi-basement-like smell; that’s another thing that could use improvement. That said, it was nice that the room was stocked with toilet paper and included a washing machine.
