Check-in and check-out are both contactless. The code for the main entrance is 3862#. Unit 107 is located to the left of the elevator after you enter. The access code for Unit 107 will be provided on the morning of your check-in date. Please send a message once you have checked in. Please purchase the designated trash bags and dispose of your waste in the designated area next to the parking lot. The Wi-Fi network name and password are listed on the router under the bed. The check-out process for the security deposit refund is handled via photos. Upon check-out, please remove all personal belongings and trash, and take several photos showing the entire bed area, TV, desk, kitchen sink, bathroom, and the inside of the refrigerator; I will conduct the check-out inspection based on these photos. If you logged into the Smart TV with a personal account, please make sure to log out before checking out for security reasons.
There are various franchise cafes, McDonald's, Daiso, a print shop, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. You can also enjoy exploring the many shops located along the Seongbukcheon Stream walking path right in front of the station.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
