■ Please notify us before booking if you have a large amount of luggage (comparable to a full household move); items not agreed upon in advance cannot be brought in after the booking is confirmed. ■ Please provide the exact number of guests (e.g., number of men, women, and children). ■ The standard occupancy is 3 people; please contact us regarding additional guests. ■ Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (adjustments possible upon request). ■ Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted.
■ As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging service, please bring your own towels and toiletries. ■ Smoking is prohibited indoors; a cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. ■ Parties are not permitted after 5:00 PM. If complaints arise from residents or the management office due to disturbances—such as noise or noise affecting neighbors above and below—you will be required to vacate the premises without a refund of the rental fee. (Please take note.) ■ Please use a nearby laundromat for drying clothes. (There is a laundromat right in front of the apartment building.) ■ Upon check-in and check-out, please thoroughly inspect all appliances, furniture, walls, windows, and interior items for any damage or defects, and take photos or videos as a record. This measure is intended to prevent disputes between the guest and the host regarding the condition of the property. We strive to ensure that all facilities and items are in good condition when handing them over to new guests.
