Bedding (bed, duvet, pillows, mattress, covers, etc.) purchased in May 2026. Spacious for an officetel (approx. 17-pyeong size). Includes 2 rooms (large room, small room, and a walk-in closet/dressing room), a living room (ample space), a kitchen (ready for cooking—just bring ingredients), and a bathroom (clean condition).
(Subway) - A 1–3 minute walk to Exit 7 of Haeundae Station (Busan Metro Line 2). (It is 180 meters from the officetel entrance to Exit 7 of Haeundae Station.) (Bus) - Bus stops are located at Exit 7 and across the street at Exit 4. (There are over 10 different bus routes available, including Bus No. 100.) - An airport limousine bus stop bound for Gimhae Airport is located within 700 meters.
- Check-in is contactless (in-person check-in is available upon request). - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (flexible). - Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a message with usage instructions. - Access codes for the main building entrance and the unit's door lock will be provided on the day of check-in. - (Important) Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited anywhere indoors. If any traces of smoking or smoking-related evidence are found, additional cleaning fees (approx. 500,000 KRW for professional cleaning services) will be charged. Please note that this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and the tenant may face further financial liability. - (Important) Pets are strictly prohibited. The same policy applies as with smoking; if evidence of pets is found after check-out, additional cleaning fees (approx. 500,000 KRW) will be charged, and the tenant may face further financial liability. - Never dispose of food waste in the toilet. (A final request to tenants) - Although this is a temporary stay, I would appreciate it if you could use the space with consideration for others. - Please feel free to message me via chat if you have any questions. - I welcome any advice or suggestions and will strive to make improvements through open communication. - While this is a quiet building, it is a shared space with other residents; please be considerate of others and observe basic etiquette.

The location was excellent for getting around during the week. It was so well-maintained that there wasn't a single thing to complain about. Perhaps I was lucky, but I was able to park without any stress whenever I returned from an outing. I appreciated the host's kindness and prompt responses. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Busan in the future.

First of all, the location was absolutely amazing! Staying near Haeundae made it so convenient to get around during my trip! Above all, I was deeply touched by the host's thoughtfulness and kindness. Thanks to the meticulous attention paid to every detail, I felt as comfortable as if I were in my own home—and the condition of the place was simply top-notch!
