It is located within a 3-minute walk of Samgakji Station (Lines 4 and 6). It offers convenient access to Sinyongsan Station, Yongsan Station, and Seoul Station, as well as major Yongsan amenities such as Yongnidan-gil, I-Park Mall, E-Mart, and CGV. Parking is difficult, so using public transportation is recommended.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message the day before your visit containing the detailed address, entry instructions, Wi-Fi details, and the space usage manual. This space is intended for short-term use—such as work, relaxation, or projects—rather than overnight accommodation; therefore, we do not provide or replace bedding, towels, toiletries, or other amenities. Please bring any personal items you may need. Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including the use of e-cigarettes and scented candles. As there are residents living in the building, please move quietly in the hallways and stairwells, and do not leave personal belongings or trash in common areas. Parking is difficult in this area, so we recommend using public transportation; if you drive, please check the "Moduui Parking" (Everyone's Parking) app for nearby paid parking availability and rates.
This location offers convenient access to both the Samgakji/Yongsan business districts and the cafes and restaurants of Yongnidan-gil. It is ideal for those who value easy access to meals, shopping, and quick breaks before or after work, and we recommend it to anyone who will maintain a quiet and tidy living environment.
