This room offers a view of Yongsan Station and is located just 30 seconds from Sinyongsan Station. It is a modern, newly built unit with a great view—perfect for a short-term stay. As this is not a commercial lodging facility, towels and disposable amenities are not provided. Smoking and pets are prohibited inside the building. It is located just one minute from KTX Yongsan Station and 30 seconds from Sinyongsan Station (Line 4); the bus stop right in front of the complex offers access to numerous bus routes as well as a non-stop airport bus (with Incheon Airport as the very next stop), making it extremely convenient to get to the airport.
Detailed information regarding move-in will be provided once the contract is finalized. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Pets are not permitted.
It has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for immediate use upon move-in. There is a Starbucks on the first and second floors of the building, and IPARK Mall is located right across the street. A convenience store and a coin laundry are located in the building's basement.
Additional charges may apply if electricity, gas, air conditioning, or heating are used excessively.

I had a comfortable stay.
It’s clean and cozy. With Netflix and YouTube available, I really enjoyed the room and the night view during my stay. Just like the reviews said, the host was incredibly kind. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Yongsan!
