- Please message us with the number of guests and the purpose of your stay (e.g., travel, business trip) before booking. - Indoor smoking, pets, parties, commercial use, and official address registration (moving-in report) are not permitted. - Check-in is contactless and self-service. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send a check-in information form; on the day of arrival, we will provide the entrance passcode, Wi-Fi details, and a link to the user guide. You will be required to pay for the actual cost of repair or replacement if any items—such as tableware or decor—are damaged. - Check-in and check-out times depend on the schedules of preceding and following bookings; we will inform you of the specific times after the booking is confirmed. We are happy to coordinate a schedule that works for you. - Please separate your trash into general waste, recyclables, and food waste. Trash bags are provided in the unit; if you run out, please let us know via chat, and we will replenish them. Please drain excess liquid from food waste, seal it, and dispose of it at least every 2–3 days to prevent mold and pests. Please also empty the sink strainer. - Upon check-out, please restore the unit to the same condition as when you arrived. Remove all personal belongings and trash, wash the dishes, and empty the refrigerator. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the actual costs incurred, and the corresponding amount will be withheld from your security deposit refund. - For stays of four weeks or longer, there will be a facility inspection visit every four weeks. We will coordinate the schedule with you in advance.
- Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of a 24-hour supermarket, and a 3-minute walk from two CU convenience stores, an ice cream discount shop, and Daiso; most types of food can be ordered via delivery apps. - Enjoy walking, running, or cycling along the Han River (5-minute walk); Seongsu-dong’s cafes, restaurants, and pop-up streets are 10 minutes away, and Seoul Forest is also nearby. - Bedding, towels, toiletries, and laundry detergent are not provided; please bring your own (items available for purchase at Daiso, a 3-minute walk away). A hair dryer and vacuum cleaner are provided. - Safety features include a digital door lock, entrance CCTV, and a fire extinguisher; international guests are welcome. (Foreigner-friendly) Newly renovated 1st-floor home in Seongsu. Sleeps 3, max 5 (2 beds + 2 mattresses + sofa bed). Washer, dryer, fridge, induction cooktop, Netflix-enabled TV, A/C in every room, and heating. NOTE: Bedding, towels, toiletries, and detergent are NOT provided—please bring your own (Daiso is 3 minutes away). No smoking, pets, or parties; no parking available. All utility costs are included in the management fee. A move-out cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW is charged once upon move-in, regardless of the length of stay. Tenants are required to remove all personal items and waste, and restore the unit to its original condition upon move-in (Terms of Use, Article 18-2, Paragraph 3). Failure to do so will result in charges of 50,000 KRW for food waste, 30,000 KRW for general/recyclable waste, and actual costs (up to 150,000 KRW) for special cleaning (e.g., mold removal); the corresponding amount will be withheld from the security deposit refund. The security deposit of 330,000 KRW will be refunded in full upon move-out, provided the unit has been restored to its original condition.
We had an amazing time staying here! The host was super responsive and helpful. The space is very comfortable, and the location is great! It’s very close to the Han River (I even went for a night run along the river, and it was perfect!) and within walking distance of Seongsu. Highly recommend! Thank you so much :)

Great location and quiet. The place is spotless, and the landlord is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It's super close to Seongsu's main attractions and the Han River!
