As the landlord is female, the shared accommodation is available only to female tenants with good manners. The unit has been recently renovated and is clean; it can accommodate up to two people (an additional fee of 100,000 KRW applies for the second person). The living room offers a beautiful view of Namsan Tower, and the apartment is situated near a forest area, providing a soothing, healing view. * No guests or men allowed * No smoking * Located in a large apartment complex, making it a safe place for women to live.
The complex is located within a 5-minute walk of Beotigogae Station (Line 6) and a 10–15 minute walk of Yaksu Station (Line 3), offering easy access to both Gangnam and Gangbuk. With a park within the complex connecting to Namsan and Maebongsan Mountains, residents can enjoy a forest-like atmosphere right in the heart of the city.
- If there are no other guests, the restroom is for your exclusive use. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an information message the day before your arrival.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
The host is truly sophisticated, kind, and warm-hearted. The view from the place is fantastic and the interior is spotless, so I was truly happy during my stay. It’s a place I’d love to stay at again if I get the chance. Thank you for everything!
