There are many delicious local restaurants in Goseong! 🗑️ Waste Disposal Instructions Please sort and dispose of all trash at the complex's recycling area upon checkout. Food waste and general trash must also be discarded in their designated areas. 💡 Energy Conservation & Amenity Care Please switch the heating to "Away" mode and turn off the air conditioner and lights whenever you leave the unit. The weekly maintenance fee covers the base maintenance charge, internet, IPTV, water, and gas. However, additional charges may apply if usage significantly exceeds the average heating and electricity costs (based on approximately 60,000 KRW per week)—for instance, due to excessive air conditioner use during mid-summer. We kindly ask that you use the facilities with care and keep the space clean.
We stayed here for a week during a family trip; the place was spotless and tidy—just like in the photos—and felt as cozy as home. It was a very comfortable stay. The ocean view was perfect for just gazing at the sea, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I really appreciated the quick responses and the friendly, helpful information provided. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Sokcho or Goseong in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
