This is a fully furnished unit featuring a spacious, pleasant living room, one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. As a newly built property, all facilities are pristine, and the spacious elevator ensures convenient access. Amenities include free Wi-Fi and internet TV with Netflix access, as well as a washer-dryer combo unit. 🚩Pets (dogs or cats) are strictly prohibited.

Please place recyclables at the 1st-floor recycling area, general waste next to the utility pole by the road, and food waste in the red bin by the road. 🚩 Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not provided due to personal preference. 🚩 You will be held liable for damages in the event of breakage or malfunction of any optional items. 🚩 Your deposit will be refunded after an inspection covering dishwashing, recycling, and checks for odors (such as meat or cigarette smoke) or stains (such as from hair dye).
🚩 Additional charges may apply for excessive air conditioning use during hot summers or high heating costs during freezing winters. 🚩 All costs for internet, TV, and Wi-Fi are included.
I stayed for a week, and the owner was quick to respond and truly considerate and kind as a host. The place was spotless and fully furnished—bed, TV, A/C, washing machine— it had everything. The location is great for daily life too, with pharmacies, hospitals, and supermarkets nearby. 😊😊😊 Highly recommended if you need a place to stay in Daejeon for a short while! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 It’s the kind of place where you’d want to stay longer.
