It is situated in the heart of the Hongdae area, close to various shops and restaurants. * It was renovated in May 2026, so it is clean and in excellent condition. * Although the 5th-floor location requires a bit of a climb, the separate bedroom and living room—along with the veranda and living room windows that let in a cool breeze—create a space that feels both cozy and open. * As it occupies the entire top floor (5th floor), you won't be disturbed by noise from neighbors above.
