Bedding is available upon request (subject to arrangement). Check-in is contactless; instructions will be sent via chat on the day of arrival. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. During your stay, please dispose of general waste (using designated garbage bags) and recyclables in the building's designated bins. Please dispose of food waste according to the scheduled collection days. Upon check-out, please dispose of general waste (using designated bags) and recyclables on the first floor. Indoor smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Loud noise or shouting is prohibited.
Amenities include a super single bed, TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, and drying rack. You are liable for compensation in the event of property damage. Additional charges may apply if indoor smoking is detected.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. (Electricity, water, and city gas) Additional maintenance fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of these utilities (electricity, water, and city gas).
