-The parking lot is mechanical, so large vehicles and SUVs cannot be parked. -Parking is available only after prior consultation. -When moving furniture and fixtures, please return them to their original places before the end of the lease, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. -Hygiene and disposable items are to be brought or purchased by the individual.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Please turn off the boiler and air conditioner when you go out. Additional charges will be applied if excessive management fees (electricity, water) are incurred beyond reasonable usage.
