This is a home where a family of seven actually resides; it is a modern apartment built just two years ago, featuring central air conditioning and appliances—including a large air purifier—and furniture that are all in pristine, like-new condition. The home is fully equipped with everything needed for daily living and includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a room with two single beds, a room that sleeps three (featuring a double bed and a pull-out trundle bed), a spacious sofa suitable for sleeping, and an eight-person dining table.
It is a 15-minute walk to Indeogwon Station, and a new Subway Line 4 station is scheduled to open nearby. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment; it takes 30 minutes to reach Sadang by public transport, and there are convenient connections to Gangnam.

A streamside walking path directly accessible from the apartment makes it ideal for walking or running; this path connects to Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, providing easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Commercial facilities—including shops, clinics, pharmacies, and convenience stores—are located right in front of the apartment, while the high-rise buildings of Visang and Pearl Abyss, which house numerous restaurants, are just a five-minute walk away.
The rental fee includes a basic maintenance charge (covering utilities) equivalent to 10,000 KRW per night. However, if utility usage significantly exceeds the average (e.g., leaving the air conditioner or heating running while away), additional charges may be billed after checkout based on a comparison with the average usage shown on the apartment's maintenance bill.
