Located in the Cheonho-Amsa area, it offers convenient access to major parts of Seoul. It is close to Amsa General Market and provides easy access to Amsa Station (Line 8) and Cheonho Station (Lines 5 and 8). With excellent accessibility to key areas like Jamsil, Gangnam, and Gwanghwamun, as well as diverse bus routes, it is a convenient choice for commuting, business trips, or leisure travel. Gwannaru Hangang Park is also nearby, making it a great spot for leisurely walks and relaxation.

I initially rented the place because of its beautiful aesthetic, but during my stay, I realized it offered much more than just good looks; the practical design really highlighted the landlord's thoughtful attention to detail. Parking was convenient, the local shopkeepers were incredibly kind, and the neighborhood had a warm, human touch. I think I’ll be reminded of this place whenever I happen to pass by.
