The location is good. However, there is a lot of mold in the bathroom (on the window seals, tile grout, plastic cabinet, floor, and door), and the toilet flushes out dark particles (likely more mold). When I first moved in, I thought it was just dirt—but no, it was all mold. The kitchen, desk, and bed are all good. There is no soundproofing.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Prior to your check-in, the apartment underwent a thorough cleaning and inspection; the bathroom was clean and free of mold. Mold can develop indoors—especially during humid summer weather—if there is insufficient ventilation after showering. We recommend regular ventilation to help maintain a clean and comfortable indoor environment. After your check-out, significant mold damage was discovered on the bathroom door, necessitating its replacement. Additionally, personal belongings and food items were left behind in the apartment and refrigerator. This required extra time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest. We meticulously clean, inspect, and prepare every apartment before each guest's arrival, and we remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.
The hot water setting is reversed... the floor keeps getting really hot, but if I turn off the heating, I don't get any hot water. Aside from these minor inconveniences, I had a comfortable stay.
