Just 100 meters across the street lies a famous local landmark—the Lake Park—offering beautiful scenery and opportunities for performances, exercise, night views, and leisurely walks; I actually built this property specifically because of the park's appeal. We are known for being a pristine, fully furnished home with comfortable beds, and the area is filled with cafes and renowned restaurants run by individual chefs. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We are conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of major spots like the Lotte branch of Sungsimdang and Shinsegae Department Store. You won't regret choosing us! Welcome!
It is located close to Yuseong Spa Station (Subway Line 1), and buses to anywhere in downtown Daejeon are available right on the street in front. You can walk to Mokwon University via the rear path. Walking on the nearby mountain trail is another great feature.
