Hello! I stayed here for a month after coming from Japan to attend a Korean cooking school and prepare for the Korean Royal Cuisine (Hanjeongsik) chef certification exam. The cooking school was about a 15-minute walk away, so I didn't have to suffer through crowded morning trains; considering the commuting costs for the month, I decided it was better to rent an officetel near the school. It turned out to be a great choice. I was able to focus on my studies in a quiet, comfortable environment and successfully passed the exam. The host was incredibly kind, and their prompt assistance was truly heartwarming. Living in Seoul for that month created wonderful memories and was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable experience. The officetel is located on a bit of a slope, but for me, it was perfect for getting some daily exercise. Also, the World Taekwondo Headquarters (Kukkiwon)—which spreads the spirit and techniques of Taekwondo globally—is nearby. There were delicious food options, lovely cafes, and dessert shops, making it a great place to enjoy a food tour. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
