This is a clean, cozy room that has recently been remodeled. It is located on a main downtown road, just a 5-minute walk from Kangwon National University Hospital and a 10-minute walk from Hallym University. Recommended for business trips, training, or long-term stays; bookings are available starting from a minimum of one day. The base rate covers two guests; an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person.
It is a 5–10 minute drive from Chuncheon Station and the bus terminal. There is a bus stop on the main road near the house.

Please note that smoking and pets are prohibited indoors; to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you refrain from cooking foods with strong odors and avoid excessive drinking, loud partying, or shouting.
There is a walking path with an artificial waterfall right next to the house. You can also enjoy a variety of foods in the nearby restaurant district, which features renowned *dakgalbi* (spicy stir-fried chicken) spots like "1.5 Dakgalbi" and "Wooseong Dakgalbi."
