There is an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per week for double occupancy. The bed is a single size. We provide amenities comparable to a vacation rental (pension). It is an excellent choice for business trips, Konyang University trainees, or temporary housing during home renovations. This studio unit accommodates up to two people. A single bed and a single-person floor bedding set (mattress pad and duvet) are provided. There are no buildings directly facing the unit, ensuring a spacious feel and good privacy. It is south-facing, allowing for plenty of sunlight throughout the day. We provide high-quality amenities (please note that additional supplies may not be provided for discounted contracts). Due to the pandemic, we do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or razors. We have an arrangement with a local market that offers free delivery on orders over 30,000 KRW. Items such as alcohol and instant noodles can be delivered within two hours. Additional cleaning fees apply for cleaning services beyond routine maintenance (including move-out cleaning).
The actual usage charges will be billed after the meter reading. We will confirm your checkout once the settlement is complete.^^
