A shared house for women that opened in June! Located just a 3-minute walk from Kwangwoon University Station (Subway Line 1), it offers convenient access to all parts of Seoul. Nearby universities—such as Kwangwoon University, Induk University, University of Seoul, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea National University of Arts, Kyung Hee University, and Dongduk Women's University—are easily accessible by public transport or on foot; we aim to provide a comfortable and convenient home for those visiting Seoul for work as well. To ensure a convenient stay, we have fully equipped the house with amenities including an ice-dispensing water purifier, capsule coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, and washer-dryer. We are committed to providing a comfortable and pleasant living environment at all times.

Although it is located in a residential area, the station is just 5 meters away, offering excellent access to various amenities. You can enjoy great convenience right on your doorstep, with restaurants, cafes, clothing stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and Olive Young all nearby. It is an especially great location for students, given the proximity to universities.
