Usage Guidelines (Please Read Carefully) • Check-in: After 16:00 • Check-out: By 11:00 • Check-in is contactless. • After booking, check-in instructions will be sent via text message on the day of arrival. House Rules • Guests other than those included in the reservation are not permitted; unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction and additional charges. • Eating and drinking indoors are allowed, but please avoid eating on the bed. You may be charged for cleaning or replacement if the bedding becomes soiled. • Please notify the host immediately if any property is damaged or heavily soiled; the guest is responsible for repair or replacement costs. • Please keep the volume of TVs, music, and conversations low after 10:00 PM to avoid noise complaints. • Please do not rearrange the furniture or amenities. If items are moved, they must be returned to their original positions before check-out. • Upon check-out, please turn off the air conditioning, heating, and lights, and close all windows and the entrance door. Important Notes • Indoor smoking, loud noise/shouting, and parties are strictly prohibited. • Pets are strictly prohibited. • Standard amenities such as the washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dining table, and wardrobe are available for your use.
Gas, water, and electricity charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, electricity and gas charges are billed separately in certain cases. Electricity charges are separate from June to September. Gas charges are separate from November to February.
